I love to give more stars but I don’t like night staff his name is Anis he is very rude I told him I want higher floor he said this the highest one 2nd we are traveling with our friends the other guy gave the on 4th floor I request he no 2nd floor is highest one so rude bad service A/C was not working cleaning lady was bad so I gave it to 3 star

Horrible Experience

The Worst Hotel Experience We’ve Ever Had We were a group of four couples, each paying over $1,600 for a three-night stay—and it was an absolute disaster. The rooms were in terrible condition, and none of them had functioning air conditioning. Sleeping was nearly impossible due to the heat and discomfort. Even if this place is offered for free, do yourself a favor and avoid it. Truly a horrible experience from start to finish.

We arrived at the property and right at the onset had issues with Parking only to find our hotel had failed air-conditioning We were relocated to the only room left that had the wrong size bed, and mould in the bathroom Manager never even considered reaching out to us, even though we reached out to them multiple times. I would not stay at this hotel, nor Recommended to anyone.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. This time is a beginning of summer. We all love it except the AC. It is centralized but you can’t lower it or control the room temperature. Nonetheless, the location of this property is excellent and the staff were very welcoming and very nice. The breakfast buffet is amazing.The family room was big enough for 4 of us. The pillows are so soft and flat :( You would need to ask for extra pillows which they are willing to give us that so our stay was more comfortable!

The Hey Hotel exceeded our expectations! The hotel is only a short walk from the Interlaken West train station, close to shopping, and food. The staff were lovely! The breakfast staff were so nice to our three kids and the housekeeping staff went out of their way to arrange their toys in a fun way around our room which the kids LOVED! I would recommend this hotel to everyone and would stay here again!

The air conditioning in the rooms won't work until May, according to hotel policy. It feels hot. They moved us from the 5th floor to the 1st floor, and they had to provide us with a fan, which still wasn't enough. What I disliked most was that this hotel policy wasn't communicated to us when we made our reservation.
