Enjoy the history of Nashville. We are in a historical brick building from the Civil War Era, once a tobacco drying barn/warehouse. The original four-story brick structure was converted to luxury condos in 2019! There is even a Speakeasy in the basement! One piece of Nashville history that continues through modern day is the train systems! There is a train in proximity to this building. The trains go by very slowly and do not blow their horns when passing by the building, although we have heard them honk on a rare occasion. (It's not like the I Love Lucy episode - I promise!) The building is a popular Vacation Rental spot. As with any building with multiple residences, the neighbors can sometimes be heard. The owners in the building do their best to screen and prevent loud parties and strive to rent to respectful people.

Use of Amenities: All listed amenities are available for guests to use at their own risk. The homeowner will not be held liable for any risks, injuries, or damages incurred.
Guest Screening: By proceeding with this reservation, you authorize the property manager to use a third-party service to verify your identity and perform a background check. You may receive an email to complete this process—please check your spam folder if you don’t see it. Contact the property manager if you have any questions.
Pre Check-In Security Deposit: All reservations are subject to a $250 Pre Check-In Security Deposit for incidentals and damage protection. This deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, provided no issues occur.
House Rules Violation Fee: A $250 fee may be charged if house rules are violated, including but not limited to smoking inside the unit, hosting unauthorized parties/events, bringing pets, or exceeding occupancy limits. Failure to comply may also result in the cancellation of your stay.
House Rules:
- No Smoking – Smoking inside the unit, common areas, or anywhere on the property is strictly prohibited.
- No Parties or Events – Unauthorized gatherings or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- No Pets – We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this unit.
- Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM – Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down during these hours.
Guest Requirements: You must be 21 years of age or older to rent this property.
Noise & Occupancy Monitoring: A Minut smart home device is installed to monitor noise levels, smoking, and occupancy to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and neighbors.
