I didnt get my card key to the room until 10 minutes before check out at 11am. No soap or shampoo at all. Couldnt leave my room because i would have been locked out without a key. Ridiculous!

This was an obviously newly renovated hotel. Typical complimentary amenities were not available, like coffee maker in room and ice. Staff were not friendly and seem to loiter

Our stay was fine. We heard a lot of door banging and kids running around until 2:30am which is not the hotels fault. We like that the halls, laundry and outside doors were locked and required a pass key.

The property is new and that is good. Loved having a full refrigerator but disappointed there was no hairdryer and ice machine. The staff was very friendly.

This place is really new so there's a lot of extra amenities that you may need and it's not available like iron, hair dryer, coffee, no ice and no dishes for the kitchen. It's clean VERY CLEAN. I'm big on that, so it didn't bother me. It's very bare bone. I liked it though

Walked in to kitchenette setting! Full refrigerator, 2burner stove top, microwave! NO POTS OR PANS, DISHES OR SILVERWARE! Room was cramped and they couldn’t be bothered to put a door on where you hang your clothes! Floor felt like it had sand on it! In bathroom there was no hand towel, or place to hang towels after use for them to dry! No tissues and in the morning realized there wasn’t a hairdryer! When I call the front office to maybe get one no one answered…and found out reason why, no one shows up till 9am when most have checked out! We will never stay in this type hotel ever again! Oh and not even a coffee pot! WTH

Lacking Basics

Facility was in new condition. No hair dryer, coffee(in room or lobby), and nothing to use in the nice kitchen area. Marijauna smell was noticeable on multiple occasions.
