During the checkin I was given a room that was already being used by someone else. Then I was given a room with only one bed and I had booked a room with two queen beds 3 months prior to my stay. Because there is no front desk a large group of people were able to talk and yell very loudly at 3 am and we had to get up twice before they would be quiet and leave. I would never stay here again. The rooms were clean but the sheets and towels smelled strange.

I've never used a virtual check in, it went smoothly. Rooms were clean but nothing super nice; we didn't expect that though. Comfortable beds and pillows Water didn't get as hot as I would have liked. Would stay here again though

This was a very shabby hotel. Expensive but not very clean. Very sketchy and not comfortable at all. Not recommend.

Kiosk check in very impersonal. Overall building condition run down. Room seemed clean, bathroom was old and needed updating. Definitely not worth what we payed for the room. Not going back.

Not worth it!

Except the check in process rest of the hotel needs an upgrade. Bedsheets were worn out, towels too small and rough, room smelled damp. Toiletries were cheap.

Room was large and clean. You could smell how clean. Would have gotten 4 stars but the tub/shower was in very bad condition. When i stepped into the tub it sounded liked i was going thru the floor. The sound was so loud it woke up the other people in the room. The area of the hotel looked skeichy but was quite and safe. They do need a sign with a light on the building.
