A quiet, family-friendly hotel. It's just a few minutes' walk to the beach and the town centre, but in a peaceful spot away from loud bars. Lovely pool and hammocks for relaxing. Staff are very welcoming.

Great location

This is a budget friendly hotel in a quiet area of Holbox, but within a short walk to all of the things one would need. Friendly staff, clean pool, and a huge deck off our suite that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Our room (#1) was really not that clean. Could use some deepcleaning. Roads after the rain in Isla Holbox are full of water and the area of the villas is in not very tidy neighbourhood. As room was on the 1st floor we heard everybody passes through our vindow and actually there was little of privacy.

Decent budget hotel. Warm pool.

Decent budget hotel just outside the main center of town. Room was pretty comfortable. Water pressure left a bit to be desired. We had a fridge and a sink area with a microwave, which we didn't use. Balcony overlooked the pool area. As to the pool, the beds and umbrellas were fairly dated and tired. The pool itself was cleaned every few days, but was very warm the entire time. Not a refreshing pool at all. It rained a lot when we were there, and the surrounding pool area was flooded a lot of the time we were there.

Mauricio was great and helpful with what he could, always smiling and asking us how we were doing. If he was not at the front desk, was easy to reach on what’s app. The room was fine - basic, but what we needed. Wifi terrible (but that’s an island thing…). Hammocks were nice to lay in and pool was kept clean. We wanted to play volleyball on the court, but there wasn’t a ball, told to use a soccer ball that had been used in the pool…that was disappointing. Property overall could use some love and care…Was very quiet, but convenient to the beach and restaurants nearby. Visit the fruit stand nearby for delicious mangos!

The front desk staff were friendly and also helpful with providing us with fresh towels. We liked that we were in a quiet part of town and that we couldn't hear our neighbours at all through the walls. Housekeeping was extremely average, most days leaving our dirty towels and not replacing them unless we asked. We were happy to have hot showers, though the shower leaked and there wasn't an adequate bath mat to soak up the water (instead, a rubber door mat was provided which was useless). The fridge is tiny and the safe is so small you can't fit a laptop in it so we didn't bother using it. The bed was comfy and it was an easy walk to Centro and the beach from this location.

Nice outdoor area. Rooms are basic but have a small fridge and a microwave. A light blanket would be a great option and the ability to kick the door with a key from the outside. There was alot of early morning door slamming as that is the only way to kick up when leaving

The hotel was ok. We stayed for one night. It had everything you need to sleep. It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel. It was close to the ferry we actually walked there when we arrived. Maybe a 10 min walk. They had construction next door literal next to the pool so we didn’t use it. The area around the hotel looked like it was hit by a hurricane. Very dirty, very poor. It’s about 3 blocks from the beach which was nice.

AC was great and hardwoorking cleaning staff kept the property and rooms clean. In room coffee machine, bar fridge and microwave were appreciated. Good water pressure and hot showers! Far enough away from the tourist zone in town but less than 10 minute walk. Beach is about 15 minutes away. Pictures were better than reality. Room was ok size but thought we had a balcony. Turned out that you have to look very closely at the room type and amenities. No privacy from the noisy construction of a new hotel right beside this one. Only security tape separated the properties and the TV wasn't receiving any channels. Very average in terms of quality relative to cost.

Lovely and quiet with friendly staff; family-friendly; very comfy beds; clean; fab swimming pool; fridge, coffee maker and coffee in the room. Some hooks to hang clothes would be good. Great location only a ten-minute walk from the pier; bakery, taqueria, fruit/veg/juice shop, laundry within a few minutes walk (all very reasonably priced); five minutes walk from the nearest beach (only a few people there at 8.30am); ten-minute walk to the centre and the noise.
