Guest Access:

We handle self-check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

The condominium is located next to the Isla Village shopping center, restaurants and cafes.



It is recommended to see the sunrises and sunsets.



Getting Around:

On Isla Mujeres, the main ways to get around are by golf cart, bicycle, taxi or walking.



We recommend renting a golf cart, since they are easy to drive and get around, or order a taxi for your transfers.



Other Things to Note:

Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations.



The condominium receives regular fumigation as a preventative measure. However, due to the city's humid climate and the area's vegetation, small insects, such as ants, may occasionally appear. To help prevent this, we recommend not leaving open food outside the refrigerator.



For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
