Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Booked for three days but left after the first night. Horrible staff that said that they dont even have listings on Expedia and that we would have to pay cash , luckily we got hold of the manager who confirmed that we indeed had a booking and that we already had paid. The major issue was the cleaniness of the room. Everything stank and there were stains on pillows, matress etc. Bathroom was also disgusting. The only positive thing was that it is located in a safe area of Islamabad that is close to the major tourist spots.
