We loved the hotel. Perfect weekend getaway with our dog. It really is pet friendly and everyone is super nice. Loved all the dinning options as well as the amount of different spaces to be at. Definitely will be coming back!

Best resort in Islamorada! Great views, private beach, gorgeous property, lots to do on site! It's worth mentioning that you could always get a chair in the pool area or on the beach, huge plus for me!

Our stay here was great for the most part! 2 hicupps; the room we were assigned, the shower door leaked all over the floor! However, when letting the fromt desk know, they upgradedus to a room right off the beach ground floor so we were very happy!

Stayed here before when it was the Post Card Inn, and it seemed friendlier. We had to wait an hour to check in because the computer system was down, no compensation was given and at this level I would have at least expected a free drink! Rooms were clean and the area was well kept. We stayed for four nights and one day we did not get maid service till 5:30 while we were getting ready to go to dinner. Good location but questionable value.

Front desk staff was very helpful. There were multiple lounge chairs at the water’s edge both full sun and shade. Manatees in the marina. Tiki Bar made for a fun friendly evening. Enjoyed our stay so much we didn’t want to leave!

The property and our room were excellent, along with the housekeeping. We had breakfast at Mercado Mercado everyday and the food and service was excellent. Service at the pool and beach were excellent as well. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The dinner food at Mercado Merado and Tiki-Bar was very good also, but the service was very poor. It was good at breakfast at Mercado Merado, but not at dinner. Service at Tiki-Bar was terrible all day. Bar tenders were very in experienced and oblivious to new customers that came to the bar. It would take 10-15 minutes to even be acknowledged that I sat down. My wife asked for Bailey’s Irish cream in her after dinner coffee and all three bartenders did know what it was and said they didn’t have it. Another bartender came by and pulled it out of their fridge. Other than some service issues we had a great time, but for the price, there shouldn’t be any service issues.
