Travel cot and highchair. Large, lawned garden with decking and garden furniture. On road parking. No smoking. Please note: There are steps to the decking area.. Bay View is a red sandstone terraced house dating back to the 19th century. It has recently been renovated (2021) and extended to provide a spacious and comfortable home; this includes a kitchen update, complete with underfloor heating. The living room now has a cosy wood burner and new sofas. There are also two new bathrooms, including a large head shower.



The master bedroom with a super kingsize bed, has a Juliet balcony which overlooks the large, south facing rear garden. It is situated in an elevated position in the centre of Brodick and within walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants, the beach, play park and golf club.



Due to its elevated position, it has fabulous views over Brodick Bay and Goatfell, and its central location makes it the perfect base for your Arran holiday.
