Extremely helpful staff who went out of their way to assist. Nice hotel in a great location just a 5minute walk to the hippodrome and all the major sites. Highly recommended.

The location was perfect, close to all of the major sites. The hotel was very comfortable. The staff was excellent. They were extremely helpful. Several pieces of our luggage didn’t arrive and they helped us get the suitcases from the airport. They were very willing to respond to any of our request. It’s a great little hotel.

I couldn't open the window or close the curtains because I could see the staff working in the restaurant kitchen smoking and the sound of them preparing food when I opened the curtains outside the window. I couldn't sleep because of the sound of them preparing food until almost 3 in the morning.

THE VERY BEST!!

Family vacation at Acacia Mansion Hotel turned out to be a great experience in every way. Our three bedrooms had all the amenities one could ask for and the staff could not have been more helpful, polite, kind, knowlegeable, accommodating, considerate -- WOW! Omar, "Appo", Nuri, Eddie, "Charlie" and everyone in between went out of their way... in EVERY way. We also lucked out finding such a clean, cozy, and comfortable place that had a HUGE delicious breakfast to wake up to each morning. Thanks for making us feel safe and welcomed.

What a wonderful experience at Acacia Mansion Hotel. The staff were always helpful, smiling and warm. The hotel is located perfectly in Sultanahmet, walkable to everywhere. It is a small boutique hotel with a nice breakfast. Highly recommended.

The was very nice and clean serviced daily. The bed was comfortable I feel like home environment. Breakfast was excellent with of variety of healthy options to eat. Hotel was centrally located. Within walking distance to many sites. Located next to a nice (but expensive) restaurant. Omar (front desk) was incredible. Went out of his way to help us get change, setting up a guide, and always asking if we needed anything. Our stay was short but I'd definitely stay here if I return.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really nice. Although the restaurant next door wasn’t always accurate with the bill ! Why I don’t know. The food next door was delicious and the staff also friendly. Beers are expensive. But most of Istanbul was expensive for beer. Massa Bistro is often recommended by the hotel staff. Check it out for cheap beer and great service

Чистый отель, несмотря на то что здание очень старинное, более 100 лет возможно. Есть свой характер, красивые витражные окна, и деревянный резной потолок. Отличный завтрак, вода питьевая бесплатно, чай и кофе, и чайник в комнате доступен и работает. Персонал очень услужливый, и охотно помогает в чем нужно. Быстро отвечают на звонки и просьбы. Нам очень помог Хилал, и Омер (извините , если неправильно имя назвала). Говорят немного на русском, и хорошо на английском. Кондиционер работает, шума с улицы не слышно. Кто хочет тихо отдохнуть, это удобно. И рядом все туристические места.
