Great hotel and friendly staff. Location worked for us being near the Galata bridge and top floor restaurant had some great views. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great location. Great value for it's price. Everything is walking distance. We enjoyed the neighborhood. However, for us it was a little too dark. If I was by myself I would've been scared. Also, we our flight arrived after breakfast, and we asked for something light to eat (even a tea with biscuits) and we were told that breakfast is over. Other than that, it's a good hotel. We're thankful for the stay!

Dirty Hotel with rooms that are super small. No real Windows. Almost every room faces a wall or do not have a Fresh Air Window at all. Breakfast was Not good at all and the breakfast Room as well as other facilities were super Dirty. For this Price we could have had so many better choices in Karaköy.
