Rooms are clean and clean regularly, but the tap water is dirty and the water pressure in the shower was poor. Also the breakfast meanus are very minimal. Hotel staffs are friendly and fantastic spot to commute and lots of restaurants close by.

Great area amongst dining and shops. Walkable to Grand Bazaar and Hagia Sofia. Breakfast good. Staff helpful. If you are coming from the airport use the hotel to organise a shuttle as taxi drivers can be a bit hesitant when they get to the narrow streets. Don’t want to be walking and dragging luggage.

We had a great stay here, the staff were very helpful and professional. The hotel itself was situated near a train station and had an ocean view during breakfast (which was also delicious!). We stayed for 8 nights and would highly recommend here!

I loved this hotel, right in the center square with the train station practically next door, easy for transport to tram, metro, buses, water taxis. Shops so many restaurants and cafes, the area is so friendly. Breakfast was simple but very nice. Rooms were spotless. Very modern . Massive balcony (that has to be booked) I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was more than I expected! Overall, enjoyed my week there. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Going the extra mile at times to assist. Having breakfast included was great to get the day started. Its not a wide variation, but its a good and tasty selection. The train transport line is right around the corner. What I appreciated greatly is that secuirty is present late at night and early mornings at the train station. There are restaurants nearby - literally right outside the door. I would definitely stay here again on my trip back to Turkey.

This hotel has good location. I review it as poor because of two things. First was the unfriendly front desk staffs (an older guy even turned his back on us instead of opening the door for us when he saw us at the entrance). Second thing was a badly coughing woman worked in kitchen served breakfast for two mornings of our stay. I then got the virus and coughed my head off during my rest trip in Turkey. She was sick so shouldn’t serve food.

The location was easy walking distance to everything, be it the waterfront, tram or major sights. There is a neighborhood feeling and hundreds of dining opportunities. The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient, they will help with information about your surroundings and even give you a decent map to find your way around as well as arranging airport transfer. breakfast was pleantiful and on par with other Istanbul hotels. The beds were comfortable and our room had a terrace which allowed us to sit and enjoy a beverage at the end of the day while we watched and listened to the wonderful city of Istanbul around us. The only hiccup for us was that the hotel was fully booked, I move a lot when I sleep and for some reason the availability of full size sheets was limited as a result our (extremely comfortable) bed was dressed with 2 twin sheets horizontally as the bottom sheet which left me wound up under the sheets in the mornings not a big deal but a bit of a head scratcher. A small inconvenience for a great hotel at a reasonable price

A quite small hotel located in between Grand Bazaar and Kumpaki metro station. It’s clean, with basic hotel room, providing standard breakfast, only disadvantage is don’t have AC but have hot heat fan. We went in April 2025, although it was cold, at night it got hot and had to have windows open.
