Close to trumvay and metro. Stuff were very polite and nice people. There was an owfull smell in the elevator and the paths. We had to ask toilet paper because they didn't put when they clean.

A comfortable spot in Laleli.

The staff were extremely helpful and gracious. It was easy to communicate: they must speak many languages as we encountered people from several continents there. The breakfast had a very wide selection to meet anyone's needs. The bed and pillows were super comfortable

Excellent location

2nd time i have stayed there in a years time. Great location to metro and access to Golden Horn tourism plus Laleli shopping. Staff are wonderful and helpful. Breakfast is great so is Wifi. Rooms are tiny but if you go to Istanbul and stay in the room shame on you.

It is really good deal!

This hotel is located in the busy business area. However, my room was 7th floor on back side, so it was quiet. The room has everything you need, the gown, slippers, etc. it's really clean. Breakfast was really good. A lot of hot food, salad, meat, fruit. I stayed several hotels in Turkey in this trip, but this hotel's breakfast was the best. Since there is no lobby, it looks like a cheep business hotel, but actually their rooms and services were really nice, new and clean. It is really good deal. 見た目はロビーもなく安いビジネスホテルという感じですが、部屋はとてもきれいで新しく、スリッパからガウンまでなんでも揃ってます。 朝食もなくバラエティに飛んでいて、トルコで4つホテルに泊まりましたが、一番美味しかったです。 場所が、観光名所から少し離れていますが、トラムに乗ればどこでもすぐです。

The hotel was close to a very busy road.

The hotel was located in a very busy location and it was very noisy at night. I was on the 7 floor and in room 702. It was a smallish room. The tv was small and only English Channel was BBC world news. The cleaners came every day to tidy up. They where ok but I noticed that the floor was not hoovered. We also had a sulphur smell coming from the bath room two times. I have to buy spray to musk the smell. The breakfast was ok but after the second day I became bored of it. The tea tasted awful, but the coffee was ok. One good thing was the hotel provided a fridge and safe in the room. Both of which were very useful.
