チェックイン時の部屋が用意してなく、広い部屋なので2人でどうか？と提案される。結局2時間近くまたされた。 ドアの建て付けが悪くドアが開かなくなり閉じ込められたので部屋の内線電話は壊れており友人にスタッフに開けてもらうようお願いしたが、スタッフ自体が不在でホテルに来るのは2時間後とスタッフの知り合いに言われるしまつ。他にもTVのリモコンが壊れておりボリュームが勝手にMAXになる。 トイレの水を流したら止まらないでずっと流れてる。ホテルエントランスはスタッフと友人がゲームをして占領している。 大変な思いをしたホテルです。

チェックイン時間にクリーニングが終わっておらず、待たされた。部屋の状態は綺麗だった。一緒に行った友人が泊まった他の部屋はトイレの水が止まらず、内側から鍵が開かない。スタッフが不在の事が多い等、問題点はあった。

Oda çok küçük 3 kişi için. Lokasyonu çok ses küylü. 3 gece konkladık ve her gece dışardakı kavgalardan uyuyamadık. Otelin personeli iyi insanlardır. Bir daha İstanbula geldiğinmde diğer otellde konuklayacam.

İstanbul'da, özellikle Taksim'de, bulabileceğiniz en iyi otel! Fiyat ve kalite açısından daha iyisini bulamazsınız. Fiyatlar çok uygun, temizlik mükemmel ve konum gerçekten çok mükemmel. Personel son derece nazik ve saygılı, her konuda yardımcı oldular. Turistlerin ihtiyaçları düşünülerek her şey çok iyi planlanmış.
