The rooms were clean, we booked two rooms and the staff accommodated us by providing connected rooms. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. Finally the staff were extremely helpful, especially the staff at the front service desk. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

Great Hotel

This district in Merter is surrounded by garments shops and wholesalers. Hotel has knowledgeable reception staff, a large selection of turkish and international foods for breakfast including live omlette station. Rooms are nice, clean and modern with a fairly firm mattress. TV channels were extensive and multi-lingual. Hotel is located a short walk to the station and the tram. The tram goes direct to the centre but gets very busy. The spa is gender separated and staff are pushy to get a massage. Pool is nice but quite cold. Short taxi ride to Kale outlet, mall of istanbul or Venice designer outlet for shopping. The hotel has a trendy coffee shop which is open late and has good quality snacks and beverages.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options. The hotel is around 5mins walk to a tram station that connects you to anyone you need to go to. The staff were very friendly and the hotel looks neat.

This is our second time staying at the hotel, very conveniently located next to the Merter wholesale district. There are some good restaurants around in the neighborhood and about a $10-$15 taxi to the tourist areas of Istanbul. Property is very nice with a well stocked breakfast buffet and a nearly new gym. The staff is very friendly and took care of our needs. I feel that it should be rated as a 4 star instead of a 5 due to some of the items lacking in the rooms. Also the walls between the rooms are thin and not well sound insulated. We will return as the price is very good for what you do receive.
