The jacuzzi in the bedroom was filthy, there was a large water stain on the ceiling. There were no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom.

One of those examples when a local word is just an empty place. We checked in a quadruple room in the late evening, went to bed just to find out that the AC would work for 5 min and then would stop. After a series of tries by myself and then with a staff, it seemed to be working and the staff assured it wouldn't turn back off anymore. Worthless to say, in half an hour it stopped working. The man at the desk didn't show much effort in trying to resolve the issue besides the two options: a technician who would come in half an hour, or cancel the reservation with a refund. We decided to go for a technician first (of course, no technician came in half an hour), but at the same time I searched for another hotel and found it (to which we'll give a great rating). We left the hotel being assured that the reservation is cancelled and the refund would be issued max the next morning. Now, 2 days later, I'm dealing with getting the money back. Outrageous experience.

It is ok for one night to be close to the airport. The room was too noisy I could hear another guest talking very loud until very late at night. Breakfast was very limited. Cheap hotel near the airport. The Taxi from the airport booked on Uber app was almost 14usd each way
