This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel was extremely dirty and the level of cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. The furniture was very old and worn out. The walls in the room were peeling badly, literally like an orange peel. There was even a hole in the wall under the window, and instead of fixing it properly, they placed a wooden board to cover it. This felt unsafe and very unprofessional. On top of all that, the staff turned off the heating and electricity for an entire night. The weather was extremely cold, and I was left freezing with no explanation or apology. The staff were rude, the service was terrible, and I felt completely disrespected as a guest. I do not recommend this hotel at all and I will never stay here again.
