Great location and customer service

Staff was very helpful and attentive, from the front desk to the dining staff. Nazani made sure that our meals were taken cared of. The only complaint I have that our room on the ground floor took longer to cool down as the AC did not seem that powerful. Outside the hotel, we did have a communication breakdown between hotels.com and the pickup service. Hotels.com will need to improve their communication services to ensure messages between parties are sent correctly and timely.

We enjoyed staying here. The staff were great. The room was quiet, bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a large selection of dishes. And the area was the best - close to the metro M2, sights and the walking street to Taksim Square.

The rooms for a Queen Deluxe were a little small: there was only one side of the bed which was accessible in the normal way. The room was too hot at night- the air-con was weak and our room seemed to have the heater on! The breakaways varied and lovely, but the space in the eating area was too small for the number of people eating. The staff were very helpful and very pleasant.

Friendly and polite staff. But the rooms were very small. And the tea maker in the room was rusty. And the breakfast was of poor quality. For the few days we were there, every time we went for breakfast, the tables were dirty and tea and coffee were not ready and the breakfast was not of good quality.

staff were very friendly . we arrived at night Mr Berkant welcomed us and made check in easy and simple . Initially we booked a room for 3 people but turned out small for us so i went back to Berkant and helped me to move to one bedroom apt after 3 days with paying additional fees but I gotta say he was very helpful and professional .he helped even with other things in the city. In the breakfast the staff super nice and friendly especially Zeynep . Zeynep was always smiling and welcoming us. she would make sure we get everything we needed. Thank you Zeynep for everything. Even Ibrahim in the breakfast staff was professional and friendly. I have to mention also Umit who works at the front desk i had an argument with him first time i talked to him but next day he apologized and tried his best to help us . He even helped me to get the cheapest rate when i extended my staying after 10 days . Overall, I would recommend this hotel for everyone but keep in mind rooms are not that big . The area near the hotel is gorgeous and is close by to Istiklal street. At night is quite you can sleep with no problem . I would like to thank everyone there especially Zeynep , Berkant, Ibrahim, Umit and Baha. last day I got a free ride to the airport because I extended my staying after my initial booking for 10 nights.

Good location

The hotel location is great. Galata tower is 1 minute away. We stayed for 6 nights, they let us wait for 5pm to check in because our room was not ready, the room service didn't clean everything in the room, actually, the missed one day we got back to the room and found the room as is. I recommend the hotel just because of its location

Fantastic central location in the thick of things yet quiet inside the hotel. Super clean and friendly. Nice breakfast. We loved our stay here at the Merrodi Bagdatliyan Hotel so close to Galata Tower. 10/10
