We had a pleasant stay at My Palace Airport. The rooms were clean the jacuzzi was a nice bonus and the location near the airport was very convenient. The staff were friendly, solution oriented, and could communicate in English and Arabic, which made everything easy. Overall, great value for money and a good place to stay.

This hotel is one of seven hotels in the building. It is a massive building and very impressive. The room was nice, spacious and clean. for a three star, It is more than sufficient. Location was great, and you could find many restaurants and cafés close by.

The worst day of my life. I booked for four days but ran away from the first day. The apartment was dirty, there were small cockroaches everywhere, and everything about it was terrifying. Do not pay even one dollar for this place.

This hotel is listed under “ ISTAMBUL airport area”, while it is 60 km away, who knows where. Also, there is no Airport Shuttle, when I sent them a message if it is coming all the time, or need to request one, they replied to get a taxi I ended up having to stay at the Istanbul airport overnight for 8 hours, which was horrible. When I called Hotels,con customer service the Indian agent didn’t understand that there is an error in the listing and I do not get a refund. What a waste of money and time!
