This hotel may is old but it doesn't have anything lacking. the manager Mr Erdal Gunduz, was very very helpful and resourceful. He has high personal standard. He will go out of the way to help youEnjoy your stay in Istanbul. And best of all, no extra charges;)

Hotel was exactly what I expected and what is acceptable for the price paid. One thing I particularly liked is that it is definitely non smoking room I booked. I stayed at other, more expensive hotels on Taksim, and had big issues with cigarette smoke and noise coming from other rooms, even though they claimed rooms were non-smoking. It seems that some guests do not respect house rules at those hotels, and hotel staff wasnā€™t doing anything to stop that behaviour. Therefore, I was really pleasantly surprised at the air quality at this hotel, and the soundproofing in the rooms. There was noise coming from outside, as I booked a room with the street view, but that didnā€™t bother me at all, as I knew that will be the case when staying in the heart of Ä°stiklal, street that never sleeps :) I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and was quite pleased with my choice this time. Hotel is right on Ä°stiklal, everything is near by, and as a solo female traveler I felt very safe, and comfortable to stay out late.

Hotels.com'daki yĆ¼ksek puanına bakarak rezervasyon yaptım ancak ne kadar gĆ¼rĆ¼ltĆ¼lĆ¼ ve yakışıksız bir konumda olduğundan pek bahseden olmamış. Taksi ya da araƧla otelin ƶnĆ¼ne kadar gidemiyorsunuz, 80m de olsa gecenin bir yarısı bavulu taksiye kadar itelemek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Otelin Ƨağırdığı taksi de fazlasıyla sigara kokulu. Temizlik ve hijyen ancak kabul edilebilir seviyede olsa da bir daha kolaylıkla rezervasyon yapmayacağım bir otel.
