Comfortable room Great food

My room was clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Loved the food and service at the Lobby Bar. Thankyou Mayi hotel!

Während meines Aufenthalts im Hotel gab es leider einige Punkte, die verbessert werden sollten. Besonders unangenehm war, dass mir die Zahnbürste, die ich an der Rezeption angefordert hatte, von einem anderen Gast gebracht wurde. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass das Hotel im Allgemeinen sauber war und der Herr an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Leider war das Personal im Restaurantbereich nicht besonders freundlich und zeigte sich nicht besonders lächelnd. Insgesamt entspricht das Hotel meiner Meinung nach nicht dem Standard eines 5-Sterne-Hotels.
