Super nice experience from start to finish. Very friendly & helpful staff so tours & other information readily available. Steps from Taskin square so everything steps away. Definitely my choice next time in Istanbul.

Alease (spelling?) from the hotel helped us arrange airport transfer and when our flight was late he communicated with us until we were picked up. Very welcoming and helpful once we arrived. Hotel is in a great location close to Taksim square where there are tons of shops and restaurants on roads off of the square. It’s a basic property on a side street but it’s comfortable and clean. We’d definitely book again.

My stay at hotel Roco was excellent. The staff was very helpful with all of my needs and they are also very kind. It was easy to walk around to the nearby shops and restaurants. It was also very cheap to take a taxi to places such as the Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar.

Lovely Istanbul experience

We had a great experience at Roco hotel. The location is perfect and the staff was very nice and friendly, always ready to help. They also helped us book a Semazen show with a discounted rate which was highly appreciated. I recommend staying at Roco and will definitely go back again.

This hotel is totally in poor condition. Toilet bidet not working, shower head damaged, wardrobe out of order and light comes inside even at night room doesn’t become dark. So many issues with the condition. No phone in the room, no service whatsoever. Walls and floors totally transfer the noise and even a normal walk from upstairs can be heard loudly. Area is absolutely the worst location in Taksim area, messy, dirty and unsafe. On top of that, the receptionist banged on my door loudly trying to fix an issue that was due to his negligence. Stressed me out by knocking on the door aggressively. Tried to cancel the booking but they didn’t accept. Left the hotel, booked another place and couldn’t get any money back for another 6 nights that I wasn’t using the room. Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Please help yourself and book something more decent. This ruined my trip.
