I had an excellent stay at Richmond Hotel in Istanbul. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The service is of outstanding quality: very professional, welcoming, and always available. You truly feel well taken care of. The breakfast is remarkable: very varied, generous, and delicious. What I especially appreciated is that it changes from one day to another, which is quite rare in hotels. Every morning offers something different, always prepared with great taste. The location is ideal: the hotel is very well situated, extremely well connected to public transportation, and above all very safe. It is easy to get around the city from there, and you feel comfortable and secure throughout your stay. I highly recommend Richmond Hotel and would gladly return.

We were a group of 9 people divided over 5 rooms. This was an amazing experience made even better by the staff at the hotel. They made us feel at home. Very good location and staff. The room was very clean, comfortable beds, nice shower. Although we were facing a busy street we did not hear any noise. The highlight was that the breakfast was excellent. Many varieties of food with good quality and good service. I would rate it close to a five star.

I love how this hotel is in the centre of everything and within walking distance and easy access to tourist spots. The staff were super friendly especially Harun Aslan, he was the best and Richmond Hotel are lucky to have him. He was always so helpful and kind. I wish him all the best. The only negative thing were the steps to the front desk, they should have a ramp or add escalator. I saw some elderly people struggle to go up and down the steps. The breakfast also that was included was excellent. Will definitely stay here again.
