I was very disappointed for the service at the front desk,I( I wish I had the name, but her accent was very strong) people not kind at all, had to request somebody to check the heat that was not functioning, several times. I was not happy either with how clean the room was, especially the bathroom.

Great location. Clean hotel and helpful staff especially Firat at reception. But room was too small.
