The Soul hotel is lovely. The staff are very helpful. We did not have the breakfast. The neighbour is very lively with restaurants and shopping. Very much a young vide with lots of night life

When the elevator doors opened on the floor my room was on I gasped by how pretty the hallway/lounge area looked. My room was lovely too; seemed newly renovated. Bed was very comfortable. Overall it was quiet except for the occasional car revving their engine as they drove by. I didn't have the breakfast. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

This hotel is ideally located to be close to Istiklal Blvd, Karakoy ferry terminal, Galata Bridge, and many of the desirable tourist spots on the European side. You can walk to most of these locations or take the tram. The hotel is in a restored historic building and has all of the amenities one would need. The staff was attentive and helpful. The breakfast was great with many options for the international traveller. I will def be staying here again!

The rooms are so nice and we had a great view. We didn't purposely find something that was on the water since we knew we were going to be playing an Istanbul that day. They let us keep our luggage there and even called a cab for us when we were late getting back to the airport since we had been out all day. They were great hosts and I would definitely recommend them. You need to stay on this part of town.

Good staff, great services. Had an elevator in the hotel too, even though it was very small (one person at a time). Let me leave my luggages in the lobby after check out until my flight time for no additional charges. The location is very good too, close to istiklal street and Galata tower.

The Soul is in a great location - one of my favourite neighbourhoods in Istanbul. We had an upgraded room and had a good amount of space, we booked our (young adult) sons a standard room and it was a shoe box.. like hard to even open a suitcase small, so beware of that... Good value for what you get.

Beautiful boutique hotel with modern furnishings. Small but quaint with a wonderful and accommodating staff, from the front desk, to the bellhop to housekeeping... everyone made my stay very enjoyable and efficient. Also, they had the most amazing & soft bed linens! The location is great and close to many restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and shopping. They also serve breakfast, but I did not elect to have that included in my package. A couple things to note, if you have mobility issues, reconsider this hotel and location... 1) The hotel does have a lot of stairs, but there is a small elevator. 2) The hotel is also located on a hill, so if you are walking down towards the Bosphorus, you are fine, however walking back up can be difficult and tiring. (I have minor mobility issues in one of my knees, but I wore a brace and and took it slow or I would heal a cab on my returns to the hotel.) Overall, I had a very pleasant day in this location and at this hotel, and I would stay here again, therefore highly recommend.

Lovely property and exceptional helpful staff; I remember Nergiz and Nikita who went out of the way to answer our questions. I cannot remember the name of the person who checked us in but he recommended a really good kebab place close to the hotel. It can be noisy till late because of the various food and drink options close by.

The service/staff at the facility were excellent. They were very kind and helpful throughout. They also gave me 2 days of complimentary breakfast when my wife had to leave earlier than me and I was alone during that time. This was very thoughtful of them. The location is great for the area, 5 min walk to istiklal Street and also a 10 min walk to local buses. It briefly got a little loud on one of the weekend nights because people were playing music loudly outside. But generally it's a small narrow street so really very little traffic noise from outside if at all. The bathroom doors are "transparent" though very thick and blurred so you cannot really see through. They arranged the lighting in a way that no one can actually see someone's shape/shadow when they are showering. But still someone may feel a little uncomfortable with it if they are not a couple (I was in the double bed room for 2 people). All in all it's really an excellent hotel, with excellent staff, amenities, and breakfast.
