The lady in restaurant was kind of rude, i was sick 🤢 and couldn’t wake up on time for my breakfast, i went there 10 minutes later, good was in the table, but she didn’t let me eat any food, i went to the reception and asked, she was saying oh you are late. I went out o get myself some food, and the store near by was closed, when the reception noticed that, she called the restaurant and asked to give me some food, i was going to give a 5⭐️. I think they can work on the customer service of the hotel better, very good location though.

Buon albergo e buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Colazione Turca (con poca parte dolce ma molto abbondante) .Posizione ottima per visitare le attrazioni come Gran Bazar , Basilica Cisterna e Moschee principali. Fermata linea T1 a 100 m staff cortese e gentile .In particolar modo GUL sempre attenta alle nostre richieste e sempre disponibile.

Der angemeldete Flughafentransfer hat auf Hin- und Rückfahrt super geklappt. Lage vom Hotel ist super, zentral und doch für eine Großstadt ruhig gelegen. Hotel ist recht altmodisch, aber sauber

Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel hormis l emplacement près du tram Chambres horribles en sous sol fenêtre donnant sur un mur vous ne voyez pas le ciel chambre sombre et sommaire, très petite pour 3 personnes, petit déjeuner médiocre Hôtesse d accueil très gentille et parle le français
