No trust or secure booking

‏I am very disappointed a bout your service, and you honestly. ‏Any way you said there no reason to refund us?!? ‏But there actually and we did mention that and we have a prove . ‏1. In your policy of the agreement of booking is not to allow pets?! And you allow so you people did not follow the policy role?! We a have allergies children and breathing problems. And We have photos as a prove ‏2. Accessible hotel for disabled but not true ?!?! my daughter wasn’t able to get to the stares except with 2 people help . If u people was honest with your information we wasn’t now lost our time and money as well. I have a prove as well photo. ‏this is who’s mistake ours or yours?!? ‏How the one who did not follow the policy?!? Important comment they don’t wear a mask no Covid protection in this hotel.

(-) Sehr hellhörige Zimmer (-) Personal enttäuschend (-) Erstes Zimmer war von Insekten befallen Sehr hellhörige Zimmer. Einfachste Gespräche im Flur sind aus dem eigenen Zimmer aus zu hören. Personal reagiert nur halbherzig und nur nach mehrfacher Aufforderung auf Beschwerden bzgl. zu lauter Gäste. Obwohl sehr laute Gäste (2 Uhr morgens) selbst von der Rezeption aus zu hören sind, wird dagegen nicht vorgegangen. Ich musste das erste Zimmer wechseln, da das Zimmer komplett von Ameisen befallen war. Als ich den Vorfall dem Personal an der Rezeption gemeldet habe, wurde mir vorgeschlagen einfach ein Insektenspray zu verwenden. Zudem kam die Anmerkung, dass das Hotel ja eigentlich neu sei und er sich keine Ameisen im Zimmer vorstellen kann. Erst nach mehrfacher Aufforderung habe ich ein neues Zimmer erhalten.

Muhteşem hizmet

Muhteşem bir konaklama geçirdik . Otel çok temiz çalışanlar çok kibar. resepsiyonist arkadaşlara özellikle teşekkür ederim çok iyi karşıladılar. Umarım bu konfor hep aynı seviyede bozulmadan dewam eder. Piyasada bu tarz kaliteli suit oteller çok çok az çünkü.
