This hotel is great hotel, we are a family of 4 with two young kids. From start to finish the staff cannot do enough for you to mention a few members of staff the concierge yigit can tell you anything about the city and the best places to go. Along with anything beauty related kunsal is amazing she goes above and beyond. On arrival emir is such a friendly face and happy to help with anything. The hotel room service is amazing also the staff there are always happy to switch up things in order to make it better for kids. The roof top views are spectacular, food is nice it’s a little more difficult up there with kids it’s not so flexible however perfect if only for adults. Overall this hotel is fantastic and the staff really make the difference, so thank you.

Always a good easy stay. Valet was a bit rude this time and our room was not as clean. Since I like this hotel very much, I want to point out this was only one time thing out of many stays.

The anticipation for a luxurious stay at this five-star hotel quickly turned to disappointment and even peril. Despite boasting impressive facilities including indoor and outdoor pools, our experience was marred by several distressing incidents. Firstly, we were rudely asked to leave the indoor pool due to a swimming class for non-guests. Then, a water outage left me stranded in the shower for hours, resorting to rinsing with bottled water. The climax came when a fire broke out above our room, triggering a chaotic evacuation with inadequate alarms. Despite being closest to the danger, we were last to receive the warning. Upon returning to our smoke-filled room, the staff's response was lackluster, offering no alternative accommodation or assistance. Forced to endure the discomfort of a smoky, hot room with no AC, we were further dismayed by the hotel's refusal to provide complimentary drinks or any meaningful support. Even the breakfast, for which we paid a hefty fee, was marred by rotten eggs. The staff's insincere inquiry about our well-being during breakfast only added insult to injury. For a purportedly luxurious establishment commanding premium rates, the lack of basic amenities, safety measures, and customer care is utterly unacceptable.

Great hotel, very clean and classy, walking distance to Bagdat street. Restaurant on roof top was nice and the seafood was delicious. Excellent service except they never offered any Expedia VIP access nor service.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet room. Nice big comfortable bed. Convenient free self-parking in underground garage. Very professional and helpful staff. Good location - near parks, sea, shopping, restaurants. Great sea views from the hotel restaurants.

if you want drilling noises between 2 pm - 8 pm while you're only trying to get some sleep after a loooong flight, and then almost 50 euro for inedible room service, then by all means go waste your money at this property.

Excellent stay on the Asian side of Istanbul.
Excellent hotel very clean. Staff very helpful ans friendly- views across the bay brilliant with sunsets- fantastic breakfast -I would most definitely stay here again and very easy to get to for the international travellers via the SAW airport.
