My stay at the beginning was not very good, and I was honestly disappointed at first. However, after meeting the manager, Mustafa, everything changed. Once he understood the situation, he personally made sure we were taken care of and did his best to make our stay easier and more comfortable. For that, I truly want to thank him. I would also like to share a suggestion for improvement. If guests are looking for facilities such as swimming, spa, or other activities, it would be helpful if this information was clearly communicated in advance. This would benefit both the business and the guests. Additionally, while the manager was professional and welcoming, the rest of the staff did not seem very engaged or happy, and at times appeared lacking in hospitality skills. A bit more training in customer service and welcoming guests would make a big difference. Overall, I appreciate the effort made by the manager, Mustafa, and I hope the hotel continues to improve its service through better communication and staff training.

Good spacious room, and the stuff were very welcoming and helpful. The inly issue we had is the smoke smell coming from the ac, although we stayed in non smoking room but heavy smoking smell was coming from the ac, we had to switch it off and open the windows

Wow! The service at Bricks is incredible. My aunt had left her luggage with a hotel luggage service while we traveled to Cappadocia. When we got to Brick's at 11PM at night, we told the folks in the hotel lobby that we were going to go get the luggage, and they said if you're too tired we can arrange someone to pick it up for you. We were so tired, it really saved us time and energy. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was just so kind.

La seule chose que je n’ai pas aimé c’est le transport aéroportuaire il faut payer seul pour se rendre à l’hôtel et à l’aéroport alors que c’est mentionné sur le site que la navette aéroportuaire était à tout moment. Il n’y en a pas il faut payer seul son transport

Beautiful property but the traffic noise was crazy. Had to use earplugs to sleep. The kitchen was more than accommodating for my dietary restrictions of gluten free. Even the breakfast buffet was accommodating. Close to transit if you’re adventurous. Staff more than happy to please.

From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, all of the staff was helpful and cheerful. Not only did they care for me when I was on property, they provided me with their phone numbers in case of emergencies. They all proud a sense of proud to their jobs and it shows.
