Property has plenty of parking and was in a good location with many stores close by and close to the town. The front desk staff was nice and very helpful. She accommodated me when I wanted to change rooms, unfortunately the room was outdated and visibly dirty. We found at least 2 bugs in the space and pockets of dust that looked like it hadn't been cleaned for several months. We went to the front desk to check out as we could not stay there. The front desk was very helpful in agreeing to refund us for the night.

Property is somewhat ageing and feeling its age but not "rundown". Room had a somewhat Spartan/utilitarian feel but bed was comfortable (More Pillows!!). Location is great with very easy access to downtown, Cornell University, and Cayuga Lake.

This was our second time one staying with this hotel. The first time was just ok. This time was great. Staff is super friendly and helpful, clean rooms, comfy beds, decent free breakfast. Parking was easy, WiFi was speedy. Plenty of towels, refrigerator and microwave in the room which was a surprise as it didn’t specify online.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The rooms looked like they were still in rhe 1970's! Ours did have a window air conditioner- however the cord did not reach an elcctric outlet! The continental brealfast was just bagels. We stayed for one night only to attend a concert at The State Theater- overall it was just fine.

The facilities were in terrible condition. The windows were dirty and poorly maintained, and there were spiders everywhere. The overall environment felt unsafe, uncomfortable, and very unpleasant. I would not recommend staying here.

Room was disgusting. Unvacuumed next to bed, 30 year old comforters, carpet stains, horribly peeling wallpaper, rust on outlet screws, outlets, doors, hinges and heaters. Stepped on carpet tacks near bathroom. Two massive daddy long legs I killed quietly so my wife and daughter didn't freak out more. My daughter asked if one of us would sleep in the car with her. Yup, it was that bad.

Nothing to write home about, but perfectly fine.

Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was good. Couldn’t access live TV and the hall smelled funky, but no serious complaints.

It’s an older motel but it’s clean and the staff is wonderful. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. I would recommend for sure and if I’m in the area again this will be my go to.

The hotel was OK. It definitely needed some updating a lot of it was very old and rundown however it was decently clean. I wasn’t spending a lot of time at the hotel but I think this is what 150 bucks gets you nowadays

I made booking for the room mistakenly. I wanted to upgrade onsite but it was unavailable. It’s very sad especially if the property has available rooms to do it. Standard room is actually a motel, you should mark it in Expedia. The furniture is very old and smells bad. Air condition doesn’t work, remote control doesn’t have batteries to use.
