Not worth the money

The room was small and had no other chair other than desk chair. The balcony was small and felt very unstable. The bathroom was small and the tub had been epoxied in repair and it was peeling.

Condos were not clean at all. Mold all over bathroom. Double charged for first two nights and have to dispute charge. Ended up leaving to a new place after staying there instead of extending. Staff were underwhelming and god forbid you need an extra towel it’ll run you $10. Went to Tammah and was presented a gift and card for returning so often. I work in Jackson weekly and stay at various hotels and lodges and this would not be a place I choose again.

Cold water faucet is loud AC noisy Sink didn't drain properly Rude when asked about hot water for tea downstairs in morning Response: No we don't, you can make it in your room thru the coffee maker...like I didn't already know that. Wanted to come to the lobby and sit in the morning and make my hot tea there and not in room. All hotels I stay have that and some type of breakfast. This one offered neither. Commit was: when asked if I could get a little creamer from small coffee station to take upstairs to make my own coffee and tea because their suppy of coffee was not good. No decaf Comment was..Just a little bit Wasn't impressed with the amount of money we paid and the service. Not friendly staff. Just the opposite experience than the reviews Nobody around for Check out. Waited for a bit

Perfect Spot

We loved the location. A beautiful resort on the hill but close enough to downtown to take a stroll downtown for dinner. Also close to the bike path to Jenny’s lake which was wonderful!

Disliked: Cleanliness
The first room we were assigned hadn’t been cleaned. There was trash left all over, the bed wasn’t made, and there were dirty towels all over the bathroom. We checked in well after the allotted check in time and well after the cleaning staff had cleaned the floor. We were reassigned and the second night of our stay, we didn’t have any cleaning staff assist with cleaning our room or refreshing our towels (we didn’t leave the note on the door for DND). For the price we paid, this hotel was just so-so. It didn’t meet our expectations of resort staying in Jackson.
