I recently stayed at Tru by Hilton, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they are one of few that allow dogs that do not fit in the palm of your hand! The room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated with modern furnishings. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like high-quality toiletries, high quality amenities, and fast, free Wi-Fi. Each time I have stayed at Tru by Hilton, they have exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and excellent amenities. I will definitely be returning as this the only hotel I will stay at when I return home to visit!

I like the Tru hotels as often there is no rugs. The rooms are decorated nicely and the beds are very comfortable. My husband loves the breakfast with Tru being his preferred hotel.

Need to step up the cleaning! Not fresh/clean smell to room on entering.Very slow sink drain, mattress is terribly stained. Low quality sheets don’t stay on the bed, that’s why we saw the stains. You can see the black ring in the toilet from bathroom door. Filthy by headboard (food and crumbs) and stained window blind. Looks like someone splashed a drink up on it and tried to clean, but when the sun comes through it’s gross. Every other day cleaning…..at the price they are charging! Maybe make sure to leave more than 2 tiny sets of towels in the room it’d you can’t clean. Back cover was missing from the tv remote. Overall, extremely disappointed. with the “simple” design of the room as the missed cleaning is inexcusable. Will not stay at a Tru Hilton again. Room #309. Will we get a response?

The guy that was the night time worker at the desk was rude. He ignored my asking him where the bathroom at. I had to raise my voice. He asked me rudely if i could wait after ignoring me. I told him im about to pee on myself, i just need to know where the bathroom
