all seemed clean but the smell of disinfectant was extremely overpowering, through out. And sadly for this location there is a LOT of road construction which made it tricky to navigate in and out of the hotel.

I’d like the condition of the room, it was clean and very well taken care of. The hotel in my opinion is an old rundown mess. There was leaky ceiling spots above the pool with plaster coming off the ceiling and the pool heater was broken. The water was ice cold. I was there for the bike ride in new Bern and I’m glad for the convenient location, but I just think the condition of the hotel There was also a blue flashing light outside my window, when I brought it up to the desk personnel, she said she knew about it, but didn’t know what was wrong with it. So no one was doing anything to fix it.
