We were greeted kindly when we checked in which was great, however the first night we noticed the only sink we had in a king suite was clogged and would take a while to drain so naturally we called the front desk and they advised they would send housekeeping to check the next day - housekeeping got there and we said come back in 20 min we will be out of the room for majority of the day. We came back later that evening and the sink issue wasn’t remedied so we called the front desk again, we were told that maintenance would come in the morning to fix it. We also asked for housekeeping to tidy up since maintenance would be there anyway, maintenance fixed the sink issue however housekeeping only brought towels and emptied the two small garbage bins - the carpet clearly needed to be vacuumed and the table wiped down and the bed made but none of that happened. For a three night stay and a total of $516 for a king suite, I had higher expectations.
