This nicely furnished NON-SMOKING condo is ready for your next getaway. Located on the third floor from the ground, large 1698 sq ft end unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths boasts an additional 470 sq ft wraparound deck with water views. For your security, an individual door code will be given to each renter. WiFi and unlimited local and US long distance phone calls are provided as well as 4 Smart TVs consisting of a 55" Smart TV in the Living Room, 43” in the Master BR , 32" Smart TV in one guest room, and a 24” in the other guest bedroom. All TVs are connected to You Tube TV so you can watch all your favorite shows and cable channels. The Master BR has a King Bed, a Queen Bed in each of the guest rooms. Full sized washer and dryer included. All bedding and towels provided. (Sorry NO PETS of guests allowed due to HOA rules.)


Amenities: Feel the breeze gently blow across the large wrap around deck as you sway in the hammock with a book in your hand and a beverage next to you or as you lounge in one of the deck chairs. Watch wildlife come for a stroll off to the side of the deck or take a short walk (800 feet) or drive to the beach. If you would rather take a bike ride, 2 complimentary bicycles are available for your use and are stored in the private storage room downstairs at the next elevator area. Downtown Fernandina is only 2 miles away with sidewalks all the way. You can also explore one of the trails at Ft. Clinch State Park which backs up to the condo property or walk along the beach and look for treasures left behind by the waves. Cool off after your adventures in the beautiful pool or soak in the hot tub. Curb your appetite by grilling on one of the gas grills located just behind the pool area and use the picnic table to catch up on the events of the day. Later, use the WiFi to check up on the rest of the world or make a call back home to share about your day at the Beach.

Fernandina: Fernandina Beach is the closest beach in Florida to guests driving from the North. Jacksonville International Airport is only 25 miles away as is River City outdoor mall. Downtown Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island is like going back in time. Many describe this Victorian era village as “ Mayberry by the sea!” The buildings date back into the 1800s and are today used for restaurants, antique stores, gift shops, and our favorite..the fudge and ice cream shop! At the end of downtown is an active marina that boasts beautiful sunset views over the water. Keep a watch for the manatee and dolphins seen frequently, or adventure out on the water on a chartered cruise or fishing trip. Cumberland island is a short ferry ride away and is known for it's wild horses roaming the islands, historic ruins among the beautiful oaks, and pristine beaches...perfect for a day's hike or overnight camping.
