Lisa at the front desk is amazing! I am so grateful for her! She made me feel so welcome! Room could've been cleaner, it was pretty rough, but I bought some cleaning supplies and cleaned it the best I could. Still the best bang for your buck. It's the only place I will stay when visiting home.

Upon my arrival they were doing cleanings of the a/c/'s but I honestly think they worked better prior to the cleanings..The only complaint here is that people keep over packing the washers and dryers therefore causing a fire. The alarm in everyone's room goes off late at night scaring everyone..This has happened 4 times in our 1 month stay here on top of the monthly fire alarm testings. So that's the only complaint I have.

Bones for the price this hotel was great. The front desk lady was super helpful and let me know upon arrival that my room was on the first floor and since I was traveling alone if I would be more comfortable on another floor she would move me. The room was good so I didn’t feel the need but it was good to be offered. Bed was surprisingly comfy and the room was clean. No complaints here :)

I wouldn’t stay here again. Upon arrival there was nobody at the desk for us to check in. Instead there was a note saying to call a number if needed assistance. Called the number and had to wait for the lady to get there to check us in because she was at home. The entire hotel smelled like smoke and the room wasn’t very clean.

We arrived after 8pm to find out that the front desk close down at 8pm. There was a letter posted in the entrance to contact a number of you had a late arrival and/or reservation. I called the number numerous of times only to get a dial tone. Had to find another hotel because I received no help on my reservation.
