House staff was superior. Juan, Wilber, and April went “all-out” to make our vacation great.The owner, Julie, however, did not. Little to no water pressure, little to no hot water, faulty electrical throughout the house, toilets at times, did not flush, stove and oven broken, and constant roof leakage in 2 bedrooms and entryway. The day we left, Julie (owner), scheduled an appointment to meet with me , to discuss compensation for our inconvenience. She didn’t show up! I received a message refusing to reimburse me for any malfunction during our stay. A discount will be given towards our next stay, yet that is a bad joke,as we will never stay there again!Two stars, only because of the amazing staff.
