I have stayed in this hotel at least 10 times in the last few years and there’s one guy that works at the front desk named Joshua. Over the years he’s been sort of cold towards me and kind of rude, but this is probably the last time I’m gonna be staying here because he has really shown that he should not be working the front desk. He is very rude, not helpful with zero customer service skills. Just like today I asked the ladies not to clean my room, but to please leave coffee in the room for me to have coffee the next morning. He tells me that they don’t put coffee in the room every day that they only put it there the first day that you’re there as a welcome, which is not true. They’ve always put coffee in my room every single day when they clean my room. He just does not want to give me the coffee. It’s ridiculous. He acts like it’s gold. And every time you walk into the office, he acts if you’re bothering him. I know they changed management, but he is still there. Everyone at the hotel is fantastic at the bar and restaurant and the cleaning staff, but he is the bad apple. And it’s sad because he is at the front desk in the first person you see when you check into the hotel.

We would not stay here again. There were people partying and yelling until 8am and paper-thin walls so no one got any sleep. The beds were rock hard and no blankets were provided. The staff was nice enough and the breakfast was ok. The pool area is very nice however walking around the property was slippery and dangerous because of the mildew on the tiles everywhere. We left two days early in search for a better place to stay.

This property has a beautiful location right on the beach!! the pool is perfect. We loved our stay very much, we recommend rooms 14, 15...those in the back facing the pool that is right next to the bar, which is on the other side of the beach. You can't beat it!

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they served a nice big breakfast! The room was quite spacious and comfortable and the setting has a nice decor with lots of trees and plants and a little bridge over a small creek.

Is not a fancy hotel. however, has everything you need, clean, good air conditioning and hot water. Pool is perfect, walk easy to the beach. Restaurant and bar near the pool. The restaurant has good food but not a big selection but you always can order out to be deliver. Do not let the entrance turn you off. Is a really good small hotel.

Walk right to the beach. Super friendly and helpful staff. Free breakfast was great! They give you a beach towel when you check in, which was great because we forgot ours. Beach was amazing. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel isn’t over populated, nice cozy feel. Hot water and strong AC. Would definitely return!

The property is a little dated. But well maintained. Staff was freindly and helpful. Setting was picturesque. I liked the fact it was slightly off the beaten path, but less than a $5 uber ride from the heart of the night life. Only negative I would give is I would have liked to have gad a deadbolt option on door.

Nothing postive to say about this property. From we arrived service was horrible. Check in didnt go well. Food prices at hotel was more than the 5 star hotel we ended up staying at. Their were roaches and lizards in the room. We were in Costa Rica so understood there might be crawlers in the room. Hotel was old and not well maintained. We only had one light functioning in the room. We had pizza the first night and put box outside room after. Empty box was not collected for 3 days. We ended up discarding it ourselves. I travel the world and stay at mamy hotels and have to say this was the worst hotel i ever stayed at.
