The room was outdated and different from what they advertised on Expedia I have pictures and videos. The food was mid. I didn’t mind the loud music at night but our window was broke and poorly fixed the next day so it still didn’t close completely. Towards the end of our trip there was construction which stopped us from having water for hours then when it returned it was cold. Tried getting a refund from Expedia but they wouldn’t grant it because they “talked to the Manager” who confirmed the room was correct when indeed the pictures were completely different.

Fantastic location right near the beach and plenty of restaurants. However, our shower broke after 1 night and the pool could not be used as it was being converted to a day club. There was no communication at booking or during the 6 months prior to our stay to let us know we would not have access to a pool. We were kindly escorted to their neighbouring property which was stunning, but communication goes a long way to give customers the choice to find another property where they don’t need to drive to a pool.

Gave us an outdated room, then advertised online. Manager refused to give us a refund forcing us to stay. Offered us another room that looked like the pictures but the music was so loud in both rooms, completely shook the entire room. Pool was closed and just horrible for a hotel….

La habitacion prácticamente nueva y nítida, la atencion estuvo bien. En las noches se escucha la musica a todo volumen del sports bar, si eres parte de la fiesta abajo no deberia de ser problema, si quieres descansar tendras que esperar a que cierren o mejor ir a otra parte.

Pros: Clean room , smart Tv , comfortable bed , restaurant and security on site you’re in walking distance of everything, stores, pharmacy, restaurants. Cons: Sports bar down stairs if you sleep light it may not work for you, the food is expensive in the restaurant bought two alcoholic beverages a appetizer and entree 65$ , no elevator so you have to walk up and down stairs I didn’t see any elevator so it may not be wheelchair friendly
