Frustrating breakfast validation

Great clean hotel with comfortable beds. The free shuttle to the airport is a bonus. The breakfast is a good choice. The only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars is the way they validate that you have paid for breakfast to queue up at reception EVERY morning to get a handwritten ticket to present at the breakfast area, this is so frustrating to queue up every day with people that are checking out, one morning I was queuing for 20mins. Never seen this system in any other hotel and there are definitely better ways to manage this!

Used the hotel for overnight stay for my layover. Hotel was very clean. Staff very friendly. My preference, i didn't like the bathroom door. It was a frosted glassed barn door style. Didn't feel like it offered enough privacy.

Hotel is new, clean and staff was amazing, all of them. Hotel sit on the edge of Airport, BQ expressway and has a neighborhood behind that you can walk during the day. Limited dining. A great place for an overnight for flights out of JFK next day.
