Spanning multiple floors, the villa is a striking example of modern architecture where space and light come together effortlessly. Floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings, and open living spaces create a bright and relaxed atmosphere, while the different floors offer both privacy and unique views throughout the home.



The upper floor forms the heart of the villa, featuring a spacious living room and a fully equipped, luxurious open kitchen with high-end appliances. While enjoying a cup of coffee or your dinner, you can take in a panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea. A unique feature is the series of stepping stones that lead directly from the kitchen across the upper pool to the covered veranda, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.



The villa features five spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm) and a private en-suite bathroom. Four bedrooms are located on the ground floor and have direct access to the lower pool, while the master bedroom is on the upper floor and offers spectacular ocean views. Each en-suite bathroom features a rain shower, toilet, and sink, combining comfort with contemporary design.



Outside, you’ll find two private pools, each with its own unique atmosphere. The upper pool adjoins the living room and the veranda, while the lower pool is surrounded by four of the bedrooms, creating a peaceful and luxurious setting. Several seating areas, ten lounge chairs, and a spacious covered terrace offer plenty of room to relax throughout the day. For al fresco dining, the villa also features a Green Egg charcoal grill.

Other Things to Note:

- No smoking indoors (including e-cigarettes).

- No students allowed; minimum age is 25+.

- Not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties.

- No pets allowed.

- 75 kWh of electricity per day included; additional charge of €0.55 per kWh. This is more than enough for normal use of air conditioning at night and lighting.

- Beds and linens are included; beds are made upon arrival. This includes beach towels and bath towels.
