Completed in 2024, the villa is designed to embrace both indoor and outdoor living. Upstairs, you’ll find two expansive terraces that frame the home on both sides. At the front, a shaded lounge area with ceiling fans opens up to sweeping sea views—an ideal setting to unwind with a drink as the sun dips into the horizon. At the rear, a private pool terrace invites you to cool off, dine al fresco, or enjoy long evenings around the outdoor kitchenette and BBQ, surrounded by the gentle island breeze.

Inside, the atmosphere is modern yet warm. The open-plan living space features a comfortable lounge area with TV and air conditioning, flowing effortlessly into a fully equipped kitchen. Here, you’ll find high-end appliances including an American-style fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and kettle. The large kitchen island with breakfast bar creates a natural gathering spot for slow mornings or casual dinners at home.

The villa accommodates up to 8 guests across four stylish bedrooms, each fitted with a double bed and air conditioning. Two bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms for added privacy, while the remaining two share a well-appointed bathroom—making it an ideal layout for families or groups of friends.

Beyond the villa, you’re within walking distance of everything that makes Jan Thiel one of Curaçao’s most sought-after destinations. Spend your days lounging at the beach, diving into crystal-clear waters, or exploring popular beach clubs like Zanzibar Beach Club. Practical Information:
Under the villa are two self-contained apartments, which are also rented. The villa and apartments share the driveway. All accommodations have their own entrance.

When rented separately, guests in the main villa will enjoy full privacy, as the apartments have their own entrance, swimming pool and dedicated outdoor space. When rented together with the villa, guests can make use of both pools and the full property, creating an ideal setup for extended families or groups traveling together.

Our nightly rate includes accommodation, WiFi, and a fixed utility allowance covering water and electricity usage. A fair usage of 60 kWh of electricity per night is included. To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary costs, we kindly ask guests to use utilities responsibly. Any additional electricity consumption will be charged at USD 0.55 per kWh.

A one-time cleaning fee is also applied per stay. This includes professional cleaning before arrival and standard check-out cleaning. Please note that if excessive cleaning is required, additional charges may apply at the guest’s expense. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for an extra fee and includes fresh linens and towels.
