Experiência péssima! Só tenho trauma dessa estádia! O atendimentos dos garçons foram horríveis! Total falta de atenção! Após sentar na mesa, ninguém vinha perguntar o que gostaria, mesmo com poucas pessoas! Mil anos para entregar uma pizza. Café da manhã é a lá carte, dificultando mais ainda o atendimento. Se ficar em um quarto do lado da estrada, se prepare pra muito barulho! A janela do quarto não fica bem coberta, deixamos o quarto bem iluminado! Deveria ser um melhor blackout. Tínhamos 2 quartos idênticos na mesma reserva e eles colocaram a gente em andares separados, o que é um absurdo. Já estavam cientes que estaríamos com bebê e não deixaram um quarto no térreo pra gente. E na hora do lazer pra curtir a praia que é linda, eles deixam passar o caminhão de coleta de lixo em um horário bem inapropriado, em pleno domingo às 10h. Após o caminhão ir embora, eles continuam deixando os tambós de lixos lá no meio da rua de areia, entre a pousada e a praia com um odor terrível!!! Se percebe que os atendentes de forma geral estão completamente destreinados! É um hotel que tem tudo pra ser muito bom, mas tá com uma péssima gestão. E as desculpas dessas reclamações era sempre as mais clichê de todas. Nunca mais eu volto. Estar com o filho bebê mostrando pela primeira vez a praia com um cheiro muito fedorento ao seu redor com lixo do seu próprio hotel, é inadimicivel. Prefiro meu samba pa ti e patacho e o Japaratinga resort. Adeus!

Hotel muito bom!!! Mas o café da manhã não é bom...o fatovde não eer self-service acaba atrasando. Uma variedade de bolo, poucas variedades de pães e além disso, moscas... Mas de resto, é tudo lindo! Só precisam melhorar o café da manhã.

Hotel excelente com colaboradores prestimosos, amei a estadia. O único problema do hotel e da maioria dos lugares que fui foi a acessibilidade a cadeirantes, não existe. Voltarei, mas não poderei levar minha mãe!

Não condiz com o valor pago. O café da manhã deixa muito desejar, sem opções, na hora do café infelizmente tinham muitas moscas que atrapalhavam demais. Os valores do restaurante são um pouco salgados. A limpeza no quarto não foi das melhores. A praia em frente é muito boa.

Hotel muito aconchegante, com vários ambientes lindos e uma vista beira mar incrível. Quartos amplos, chuveiro bom. Ponto negativo dos quartos é a acústica, dá pra ouvir todo o barulho externo. Café da manhã bom, mas poucas opções de frutas e em se tratando de nordeste, falta o omelete e tapioca feitos na hora! Funcionários muito atenciosos, simpáticos e comunicativos. Restaurante/bar da praia com poucos funcionários, o que acarretou demora nos pedidos, assim como um cardápio muito limitado de petiscos e pratos.
