Escape to Beach Paradise & Light House -The Best for Families & Great for Events

Puerto Rico Registration Number 06-06-13-1023

Atlantic Sand Oasis-When I came back to this island in 1982, I discovered this paradise spot where I decided to buy and develop this vacation villa. I was inspired by the attractive view of the lighthouse and the clear water of this sandy beach 365 days of the year, which surround the area. In a sweet escape… to this paradise, you will be able to enjoy beautiful green backyard which have a direct access to the beach, perfect for resting in a hammock or just relaxing under the palm trees having your preference beverage in a beautiful afternoon watching the sunset.

In this villa you can enjoy different activities with your family or as a couple, such as surfing, jet ski, snorkeling, scuba diving, swimming, playing any sport or even deep sea fishing. There’s also a light house that has an aquarium and museum for the family to enjoy.

Why the Owner Chose Arecibo: We chose this location to develop our Villa because its located in a beautiful beach right at the north center of the island, where you can enjoy all kind of activities and at the same time being close to all attractions over the island.

The Unique Benefits at this Villa: When you stay at Atlantic Sands Oasis you will feel as if you have escaped from big cities, even though you are just minutes away from all important cities of Puerto Rico. You will feel in a paradise relaxing and breathing fresh air. There's many interesting places near this location that you can visit and make tourism.

A multipurpose activity roof terrace is at the 3rd floor with a stunning view of the mountains and the beach, perfect for planning any event, such as wedding receptions, reunions or any activity that you can imagine.

You can enjoy many restaurants of typical delicious puerto rican or seafood in the area.

Atlantis Sands Oasis is a perfect place to rest, disconnect from your usual lifestyle, and liberate stress. It’s just a getaway from your everyday routine where you can relax… relax …and get pleasure from this beautiful beach paradise.

This villa has high definition cable/satellite TV, iron, ironing board, safety box, water heater, air conditioning, wireless internet and security in the premises.

Our stay was perfect because of the location, host promptness and having the beach just steps away. We also loved having the pool as the sea was rough during our trip. We had everything we needed for a large group in the kitchen, beach towels, sitting areas. Each family member was able to enjoy family activities and solo times. We felt we were in paradise.

Atlantic Sands Oasis was a wonderful home base for our family vacation in Puerto Rico.Javier and Lupe are exceptional hosts. We were fortunate to meet Javier during our stay and truly appreciated his warmth, responsiveness, and hospitality. He even helped arrange a deep-sea fishing trip for four members of our group to depart from the marina 3 minutes from the property. We traveled with a group of 14, and the layout worked beautifully for us. We loved having the pool, hot tub, beachfront location, and rooftop gathering space. Our days were filled with volleyball, cornhole, and basketball in the pool, and our evenings were spent on the rooftop enjoying dinner and sunsets.A few things future guests should know:• The spiral staircases to the pool level and rooftop are steep and narrow, so it would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.• Sand fleas were very active during our stay, especially at dusk.• The property sits on a busy road, and road noise was noticeable when we were inside• The washer and dryer work but are older, and cost 1.50 per load.• Indoor seating is limited for larger groups, but the rooftop comfortably accommodated our family for meals and gatherings. Some favorite nearby activities and restaurants:• Cueva del Indio• Cueva Ventana• Gozalandia Falls• Bermudas • Islote Beach Bar & Grill• Salitre• SimpleWe made wonderful memories here and are grateful to Javier and Lupe for this authentic Puerto Rican escape!

Arecibo Paradise

My stay at the beach house in Arecibo, Puerto Rico was unforgettable. The property was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. The private pool was stunning—crystal clear and perfect for relaxing any time of day. Best of all, the beach was just steps away, giving us easy access to breathtaking ocean views and peaceful walks along the shore. The combination of comfort, beauty, and location made this an amazing experience I’d absolutely recommend.
