This wonderful vacation home is located in the coastal resort of Maslenica and is just a short walk from the pebble beach. The spacious and airy interior of the house is furnished in a contemporary style and is suitable for a relaxing family vacation. The last 10 m of the access road to the house is not yet paved.

In the surrounding area there are numerous opportunities for an active vacation with opportunities for hiking, climbing, caving, rafting and canoeing on the river Zrmanja. Visit the places where the movies about Winnetou were filmed. Also recommended are trips to the nearby national and nature parks as well as the city of Zadar, where you will find the famous attractions such as the sea organs and the "Greeting to the Sun".
