Super noisy connecting rooms. Staff does not care. I requested them to enforce quiet hours at 1:30 AM or give me a different room. They told me it's a hotel and refused to do anything about the noise. Not worth the money. Going to Westin next time.

I was told upon check in, the bar/restaurant would be closed due to staff shortage. How does that make sense for a Friday/Saturday stay? The bed was made with just a fitted sheet over the mattress and very uncomfortable in comparison to the Westin.
