Frontdesk worker Melyssa was not very proffessional and overcharged me for 2 infants 40$ requiring to update to larger room, this was never issue in any other hotels. Quality of breakfast was poor, but the owning manager was nice person.

The beds are horrible. I wasn't able to sleep the whole night because of back pain, and how uncomfortable they were. Also, there is no hot water in the morning. I had to take a cold shower because too many people were showering at the same time, as per the concierge

The location was dreadful. I expected better from IHG. The view out of our window was a used car lot. It was depressing. Staff were okay but that is all.
