Very disappointed with the false advertisement of a heated pool. My family booked this hotel specifically because it claimed to have a heated indoor pool. The pool was unbearably cold and we could not enter. When I called the front desk to simply ask if the pool temperature is regulated because we thought perhaps it needed to be adjusted, the rep answered combatively stating they are by the river and the pool is not a hot tub. That response felt very short and rude when they could have simply stated it could not be heated. In a cold hotel in the dead of winter, their pool is useless unless you want a cold plunge.

You can beat the views of NYC. Splurge for the water view you won’t be disappointed- the promenade is perfect for a quiet stroll or romantic walk after dinner . Hotel is close to shops and restaurants all walkable. We will be back for a quick overnight stay.

The hotel had no designated parking area, and we had to pay for parking despite the booking confirmation stating that parking was available and free for guests. Even a simple breakfast had to be paid for, despite the high price of the room
