The hotel itself was renovated, clean, and the rooms were spacious. The view is amazing. I was disappointed in the service, however. Check in took longer than necessary as staff ignored us for several minutes while they chatted. Valet service was atrocious. They were understaffed, then refused to take our car insisting that we self-park off site and walk back to the hotel, despite it being late at night. To top it off they directed us to the WRONG parking garage where we could not get validated parking. Our stay was still enjoyable but this definitely cast a pall over the experience.

Great location and overall great hotel. My one complaint is that all the beds have lights underneath them that light up anytime someone walks by them. In the middle of the night if someone gets up the room lights up. And you can’t turn them off. We had someone come up and give us black tape to cover them up.

I was woken up by the noise of a jackhammer at 8:00 AM! They have been repairing the elevator from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. I didn’t get a good rest! I hurriedly checked out and left this hotel.

Nice Night Stay!

My stay was just for one short night. It was a nice hotel not a lot of frills. It was an overcast rainy night so being by the river was underwhelming. My view was blocked by the roof. Bed was comfortable and the room was large. I would stay there again when in Jersy City.

This property sits right on the water, my room had a view of NY city and it was amazing to see both during the day and night! Located next to the path in which you could get to anywhere you wanted to go if you know how to get around!! Definitely will be staying here again!

Very accomodating...Staff very friendly and supportive. There was a glich and somehow the registration did not complete ...as a result the hotel doors locked us out...would not let us adjust the thermostat and the tv turned itself on twice while people were still trying to sleep. Also..on site restaurant does not serve dinner so had to order delivery...not a big thing but unexpected
