Great stay but payment system needs attention!

When we arrived at the hotel we were told that they had not received payment from hotels.com. We could only check-in after paying again. Since we were tired after a long journey we paid for the room again. Now we a struggling to get a refund. The room was great. A bit noisy because it was next to a busy road with heavy trucks passing late at night. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

What a very nice experience staying in Nigel after a birthday party, lovely room (room 901 needs a new shower head) wonderful service at breakfast the next morning will be my 2nd home if I need to stay over again
