This is a great, safe, clean property that is close to the airport. There is not much going on around the hotel. Free shuttle to and from the airport every 30 min. The rooms are big and so are the bathrooms. The hotel has a nice breakfast and we had dinner there as well.

The photos looked great but we were a little disappointed. The family room is spacious but there was a smell (like body or foot odour) in the room and the beds are very small doubles for a couple - I had to share with my son in the end. The room has little amenities as well. The pool was freezing and cloudy which was disappointing and the restaurant food was ok (breakfast great but dinner food was bland). As a stop over I would have liked to have what was on the pictures versus reality.

We used the hotel for an overnight stopover in Johannesburg for our family before a trip to Kruger - great option and was very impressed. Definitely recommend for anybody seeking something similar.

Upon checking in, we found that the TV in our room was not working. We reported the issue immediately, but no one came to fix it. We followed up multiple times—calling and even going to the reception to speak directly with the lady at the front desk—each time being told someone would come, but no one showed up. This was especially frustrating because I had kids who wanted to watch TV, and it was part of the reason we chose the hotel. It wasn’t until the following morning, after calling again and speaking with a man, that someone was finally sent to fix the TV. The lack of urgency and follow-through, especially from the ladies at reception, really affected our stay. Customer service needs serious improvement.
